EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a relaxation tool that is
both powerful, but gentle for freeing yourself rapidly from anxiety,
beliefs, fear, pain, phobias and so much more
.
The beauty of this technique is that it is simple to learn and easy
to apply to yourself. I use EFT within my coaching, but also offer
dedicated EFT sessions. In 2 to 3 sessions you can experience the
benefits of EFT and learn to use it for your own benefit. These
sessions can be held either face-to-face or by the phone.
