Freedom from Emotional Eating

Most of us know how to eat healthily and are aware about what is considered nutritionally good food. So why then do we struggle with managing our weight?

If we are feeling uncomfortable about our weight, then healthy diet plans are a route to loose excess weight. If good intentions to stick to a healthy eating plan fluctuate, then it is likely there are underlying beliefs that we have about food and about ourselves, which are sabotaging our success.

Excess weight can be caused by:

  • Eating to fill the emptiness we feel
  • Not dealing with past or present vulnerabilities
  • Residual anger at a past of present situation

Carrying excess weight is not your fault. EFT will help you gain that acceptance, freeing you to achieve what you want.

How Sessions Work

Most people benefit from 2 EFT sessions. Over the two sessions you can expect to get the benefit of a coach who will look after your agenda and ensure you get the right approach to meet your own personal needs.

You will also learn a technique that you can apply yourself and use for your own benefit. You will leave your two sessions with a life enhancing technique that you can transfer to a range of other beliefs or emotions as they arise.
