Weight Management

Managing weight is something that many of us feel we have to give some attention to at times in our lives.

Maintaining weight and long term health, is about balancing calorie intake and the right types of nutrition, against the energy requirements we need to carry out our daily activities.

Losing weight is ultimately about finding the motivation to take action. It is as much about getting your head in the right space than anything else. Tackling weight is about regaining control, breaking old habits and replacing them with new ones.

I have found from my own personal experience that Cambridge Diet is an effective tool for bringing about these changes. EFT and other relaxation techniques I use within coaching and EFT sessions can facilitate real change.
